These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your request for or purchase of HVAC repair, drain cleaning, plumbing, and pressure washing services from our company. By visiting the website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, authorizing work, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our team, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific estimate, work authorization, invoice, or written agreement that applies to your project. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website, unless applicable law requires another notice. Your continued use of the website or acceptance of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Additional terms may apply to promotions, payment plans, memberships, warranties, or third-party services and will be disclosed when applicable.
Service Description
Our company provides field services that may include HVAC inspection, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, drain cleaning, plumbing repair or installation, leak-related work, fixture service, and pressure washing of suitable exterior surfaces. The scope, materials, labor, price, anticipated timing, and applicable exclusions may be described in an estimate, service ticket, proposal, invoice, or work authorization. An estimate is based on information reasonably available at the time and may change if concealed conditions, unsafe conditions, code requirements, access limitations, additional damage, or customer-requested changes are discovered.
Service availability depends on technician schedules, weather, equipment, parts, property access, emergencies, and other circumstances. Arrival windows are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times unless expressly stated in writing. A technician may need to inspect conditions before confirming the recommended solution. We may use qualified employees, independent contractors, or suppliers to perform portions of the work while remaining responsible for coordinating the services we agree to provide. Work may be postponed or declined when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, contaminated, structurally unstable, or beyond the reasonable scope of the requested service.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, equipment, and access information and to promptly disclose known hazards, prior repairs, water damage, electrical issues, chemical use, pets, occupants with special needs, and conditions that could affect safety or performance. You must ensure that an authorized adult can provide access, approve work, and receive communications when required. You are responsible for obtaining permission from the property owner, landlord, association, or other interested party and for securing permits or approvals when those responsibilities are assigned to you.
Before service, you should remove valuables and fragile items from work areas, identify shutoff locations when known, and provide safe access to equipment, drains, fixtures, exterior surfaces, and utility connections. You must not interfere with technicians, misuse the website, submit malicious or unlawful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for an unlawful purpose. You are responsible for promptly reviewing estimates, work authorizations, invoices, and completed work and for notifying us of concerns so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, correct them.
Unless expressly included in writing, you remain responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, hazardous materials, asbestos, mold, pest infestation, structural repairs, restoration, painting, landscaping, utility charges, disposal fees, permits, and work performed by others. You must maintain equipment and property after service and follow provided care, operating, and safety instructions.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company and its owners, personnel, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use, business interruption, damage to personal property, or costs arising from delay, inability to access property, utility interruption, or conditions outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injury or property damage claims where prohibited by law.
